Top 6 Slot Machines Coming Out in November 2018

We are used to seeing brand new slot machine games each month, mostly because of the market competition that is forcing companies to come up with new ways to entertain their customers. Even though tens of games are coming out this month, we picked out a half-dozen slots, determining the potential by the current hype, the software development and the publishing company standing behind the project and creativity.

The year is coming to an end and everyone is looking to conclude it on a good note, which is why some of the most popular companies from the industry that were doing pretty good all year round invested a lot of resources into building something new before we enter 2019. December might be even more exciting, but let’s see what we can look forward to this month.

Vegas Diamonds

Just when everyone thought that the market had enough of Vegas-themed slots, ELK Studios releases yet another one! The game came out November 6th and gamblers will most likely have a blast playing it, regardless of the theme that has already been seen hundreds of times.

Judging by the trailer, we can expect a lot of jewellery, gems, lights, and different colours, with the panorama of Las Vegas in the background. If you like machines that have that luxury design and fast-paced gameplay, this is something to look into this month. ELK Studios have confirmed that it is a classic 3×3 slot, with the nudge and re-spin features implemented. The 9-field gameplay might get you bored fast, which is why the fortune wheel is out there as well.

Tiger’s Glory

The ways-to-win systems might not be that new in the industry, but we rarely see the 4,096 ways to win machines. There are a couple of them that came out months, if not years ago, but only a few got the attention from the general public. The reason for that lies in the general belief of the gambling community that says: ‘the more ways to win there are, the less fun you will have spinning’. If you are a frequent visitor of the forums, you know what we are talking about.

It definitely is hard to imagine all 4,096 ‘invincible paylines’, but there is a massive fanbase and interest for these machines, which is why Quickspin decided to make one. There are six reels and four rows with animated features, such as animals fighting, occasionally playing on the columns. The game came out on November 13.

Nitro Circus

Only two days after the Tiger’s Glory release, Yggdrasil released the Nitro Circus slot machine. This one might be the biggest mystery, but at the same time the most expected slot on our list since Yggdrasil announced the release back in May.

What intrigues players the most is that the trailer for the game only shows people doing tricks on their bikes, while the company that the game would be all about the speed, motorcycles, bikes and fast-paced movements.

All that is left for us to do is speculate until November 15, when we will be able to load and play the game ourselves. Yggdrasil decided not to show any previews or teasers of the gameplay, but they have kept us updated on the progress all the time.

Astro Legends: Lyra & Erion

This is not the first, and surely not the last time, that Microgaming ‘collabs’ with another development company. To be fair, Microgaming isn’t doing anything in the direct development, as they are more determined to do the publishing part right. The game comes out on November 21 and will be launched through the Microgaming platform. This gives Foxium, the company that is actually developing the game, a massive exposure to millions of people from all over the world.

It is a futuristic 3D slot machine, with great looking animations all over the screen and 22 unique symbols. What we are glad to see is an animated bonus feature that offers interactive gameplay. This really shows that the industry is going forward, rapidly improving the quality of the products, thanks to the companies such as Microgaming and Foxium.

Vikings

The title might be generic, but when you hear that it is based on the hit TV series Vikings, that changes everything. Kudos to NetEnt for making one of the best teasers out of all companies from our lists, as they show us everything we want to see, from the opening scene to all the features, animations and symbols.

As you would expect, characters from the series will appear on the reels, hopefully as stacked symbols, covering entire reels and increasing your odds of winning by a lot. The structure is five by three symbols fields, but there is the Rapid Spin feature which opens up a completely new machine with seven reels and five rows, providing a whole new experience.

Jingle Spin

Last but not least on our list is the Jingle Spin slot, made by NetEnt as well. You’ll have to wait the longest for this one as it comes out on November 29, but that does make sense since it is a Christmas and New Year’s Eve inspired game.

The most interesting feature in the game is the Animated Elf Bonus, where you can see five elves sitting on top of the reels and accepting Santa’s gifts, picked randomly from the lucky wheel. After taking the gift, each elf sends it to the elf on its right, which goes on until the gift matches with a package on the same reel or gets thrown out of the screen by the last elf.

Who knows why NetEnt didn’t wait for December to release Jingle Spin. They might have some bigger plans for us.
